Meet with potential clients to discuss their home and auto insurance needs through thoughtful, genuine conversations. Life as well, if licensed.
Develop and implement sales strategies that align with our agency goals while focusing on the specific security needs of Fort Worth families and surrounding areas.
Provide ongoing support to current clients by conducting policy reviews and updating coverage as their lives evolve.
Participate in local community events and networking opportunities to build meaningful, long-term connections.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up on inquiries promptly to ensure no one feels ignored.
Collaborate with the agency owner on marketing initiatives to broaden our reach and help more people gain peace of mind.
RequirementsActive Texas General Lines Property and Casualty license.
Two or more years of professional experience in insurance sales or high-volume client services.
Excellent ability to articulate complex policy details in clear, simple language.
Comfort working with agency management systems and digital lead management tools.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks without losing personal touch.
