Associate Attorney

Padfield & Stout, LLP is a 34-attorney law firm in Downtown Fort Worth with 50 employees. We are focused on Commercial Litigation and Transactions and frequently represent nationwide clients in state, federal and bankruptcy courts.

Our downtown Fort Worth law firm is currently seeking an associate attorney with one to five years’ experience to join our practice as a litigation associate. The candidate must be licensed in Texas. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established firm that represents a variety of clients. Our firm practices commercial litigation, general business and corporate law, probate, construction law, and appellate law, among other practice areas, all within a collaborative and congenial environment.

The position requires extreme attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, the ability to work independently and manage a docket, a strong work ethic, and the ability to manage multiple cases in all stages of litigation. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials (top 50% of graduating law school class is required) and strong written and verbal communication skills.
