Senior In-House Litigation Attorney – Epic

Epic is seeking an exceptional attorney to join our legal team in Madison, WI. This position requires relocation to the Madison area; we provide financial relocation assistance.

• Manage complex litigation across regulatory, competition, and healthcare law domains.
• Advise on risk mitigation, draft motions, briefs, and other litigation materials.
• Handle multi‑million dollar disputes, striving to win cases and minimize exposure.
• Lead settlement negotiations and represent the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings.
• Build relationships with vendors and industry collaborators to ensure compliance with evolving legal frameworks in the U.S. and abroad.

• JD with a strong academic and professional background.
• Experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
• Knowledge of competition and regulatory litigation is a plus.
• Excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills.
• Eye for detail and a creative, proactive mindset.

Relocation to the Madison, WI area is necessary, and the company will fully reimburse related expenses. Compensation includes a competitive salary, bonuses, stock grants, and annual raises.
