Lateral Link is assisting an AmLaw 100 firm with its search for an Appellate Litigation Associate for its Dallas or Houston office. The Appellate group in Texas is Band 1 on Chambers, and the team works closely with one another on sophisticated and interesting cases. The firm pays top market comp and bonuses with an 1,800 hour billable requirement. With a 0% attrition rate in 2025, the firm proudly retains associates through its focus on training, support and mentorship, and overall culture.

Ideal candidates will have excellent academic credentials, strong research and writing skills, and either be completing a federal or Texas Supreme Court clerkship this summer or have a previous federal or Texas Supreme Court clerkship and 1-3 years of experience in practice.
