Why Join UsWe are seeking a Catastrophic Personal Injury Attorney to represent clients who have suffered severe, life‑altering injuries—such as brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, or other major trauma. The attorney will lead case development, strategy, negotiations, and trials to obtain maximum compensation on behalf of clients.
Job Details- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice in Texas (active Texas Bar)
- 3–5 years of experience in personal injury litigation, ideally with catastrophic injury cases
- Proven track record of trial experience, or strong preparation for complex litigation
- Excellent legal writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multi‑disciplinary teams (paralegals, experts, etc.)
- Compassionate and client‑focused, with strong interpersonal skills to guide clients through emotionally challenging cases
$100,000 - $150,000 per year
