We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of tasks, including civil litigation, land use, zoning, wills and probate, oil, real estate, and corporate law. This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated attorney to grow and develop within a supportive and collaborative environment, and to gain exposure to a wide range of legal matters.

The role is permanent and will require a commitment to delivering high‑quality legal services to our diverse client base.

• Handle a wide range of legal matters, including civil litigation, land use, zoning, wills and probate, oil, real estate, and corporate law.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in court and before governmental agencies.
• Conduct legal research and analysis, and develop legal strategies.
• Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of laws and regulations relevant to your practice areas.
• Collaborate with other attorneys on complex legal matters.
• Provide outstanding customer service to our clients.

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member of the Texas State Bar.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an attorney, with a focus on civil litigation, land use, zoning, wills and, oil, real estate, and corporate law.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
• Willingness to continue learning and developing your legal skills.
