Entry-Level Legal Admin; Law Firm

Position Overview

Trusted, long‑standing full‑service Texas law firm seeks a junior legal assistant/admin to join the team!
Base pay: $50,000 – $55,000 per year.

• Open files and perform general administrative tasks around the office.
• Maintain confidential records.
• Eager to learn and support attorneys.
• Handle a variety of tasks, including opening files, making coffee, etc.

• Entry level admin experience preferably at a mid‑size law firm, supporting multiple attorneys and handling several projects.
• Strong passion to learn and grow in the legal field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; team player who can also work independently.
• Ability to meet deadlines and deliver superior client service.
• Ok to handle any task, including opening files, making coffee, etc.
