Associate Attorney - Business Litigation About the job Associate Attorney - Business Litigation
Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking an associate attorney specializing in complex business litigation and arbitration across various substantive areas, including real estate, trademarks, copyrights, securities, insurance, franchisor/franchisee disputes, and corporate partnership issues. You would be joining an established, growing, and modern firm with ample room for advancement!
Required Experience:
- Trial
Skills:
Strong experience in hearings and depositions, with the ability to navigate trial settings with appropriate oversight. - Complex Business Litigation: Proven expertise in partnership and shareholder disputes, trade secret misappropriation, trademark infringement, and breaches of non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, as well as commercial contracts.
- AM Law 200
Experience:
Familiarity with the demands and pace of private practice within a law firm environment. - Writing
Skills:
Proficient in complex legal drafting and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Must be an active member in good standing with the state bar in Texas.
- 4-6 years of experience in business litigation.
