We are seeking an experiencedLitigation Attorney with a deep background inFirst-Party insurance cases. This roles is ideal for a seasoned litigator who can independently manage complex files and confidently take cases from initial investigation through trial.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience handling First Party insurance litigation
- Proven ability to manage cases from inception through trial
- Strong deposition experience (taking and defending)
- Skilled in drafting and arguing motions, including dispositive motions
- Demonstrated trial readiness and ability to present insurance claims to a jury
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to develop and execute litigation strategy independently
- Experience managing discovery, hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations
- Ability to handle a high volume, fast paced litigation docket
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Licensed and in good standing in the relevant jurisdiction(s)
