V-22 Osprey Supply Support – Performance Based Logistics (PBL)
Bring your experience and ideas and help us deliver exceptional spares and component repair services to our US Government customer. You’ll manage government‑owned assets through the depot repair process and deliver spare assets, ensuring operational readiness and efficiency. This role will be an integral part of the team, working closely with customers and partners to meet program objectives and drive success.
You’ll be able to hone your technical abilities on significant logistics challenges, all while gaining experience in leadership and communication. This position is onsite in Fort Worth, Texas.
- Manage components on the V-22 PBL contract to provide spares and repair‑of‑repairable (ROR) support.
- Collaborate with the supply support team on forecasting, tracking, inventory management, and repair services.
- Liaise with US Government customers to address urgent spare issues and ensure timely resolutions.
- Coordinate with Boeing on V-22 PBL inventory and warehousing operations.
- Monitor and report performance metrics to meet cost and schedule objectives.
- Validate spares orders and ensure compliance with government processes, payment systems (WAWF), and inspection documentation.
- Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) principles to manage control accounts, coordinating work scope, schedules, risks, and costs with manufacturing and overhaul centers.
- Proficient in spreadsheet management and advanced Excel skills, including data analysis, formulas, and pivot tables.
- Proficient in analyzing complex processes and determining efficiency and effectiveness of controls.

- Knowledge of DoD processes and familiarity with U.S. Government regulations, including FARS, DFARS, and acquisition processes (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree required. Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in aviation, supply chain support, or logistics.
- Military Logistics or Supply Chain Management experience is preferred.
- You’ll be off every other Friday with our 9/80 work schedule.
- 80 hours of Personal Time Off (PTO).
