Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with 10 years of experience, or Master’s Degree with 8 years of professional supply chain experience, or 12 years of professional supply chain experience.
• Experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Subcontract Management, or as a Buyer.
• Experience with the FAR, DFAR, Department of Defense contracts, or TINA.
• Price Analysis and Negotiations Experience.
• Risk Analysis and Mitigation Experience.

Global Supply Chain, Subcontract Management, Staff

• Manage supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk performance specifications and complex subcontracts for commercial and DOD programs.
• Lead multifunctional subcontract management teams and hold procurement delegation and sign supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority.
• Lead the development of subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services for subcontract systems.
• Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders’ conferences, develop evaluation criteria, analyze and evaluate proposals, negotiate subcontract provisions, select or recommend subcontractors, write subcontract packages, prepare awards, and administer resulting subcontracts and required change activity.

Location:

Fort Worth, TX. This position is a hybrid role 50% onsite; employee will be required to be onsite Wednesdays and Thursdays.

• Demonstrated experience previously managing subcontracts of various types for a Defense Contractor.
• Extensive FAR 15, TINA, and FAR 12 Experience.
• Undefined Contract Negotiation and Execution.
• Demonstrated Executive level Presentation Skills.
• SAP Experience.
• Root Cause Corrective Action Experience.
• Department of Defense Procurement Lifecycle Knowledge.
• Extensive Cross-Organizational Communication Experience.
• PO Folder creation and modification experience.
• PO peer reviewer experience.
