You’ll become part of the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Supply Chain Management (SCM) Organization.

Within this role, you will manage critical subcontracted systems for all contract types and programs, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and company policies. Develop sourcing and subcontract program management strategic plans that address overall program capture needs, execution, and risk management. Act as a main focal point to Subcontract Management personnel as well as Program Management office. Make informed decisions affecting the performance of the subcontractor and establish milestone objectives to manage performance to committed schedules and contractual specifications.

Communicate across multi-functions within Lockheed Martin to identify and mitigate impending risk at an organizational level as it relates to terms and conditions, supplier performance, and day to day operations.

This position is located in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth. AeroSCM

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR)
• Subcontract Management experience
• Experience negotiating terms and conditions, and pricing

• Extensive Subcontract Management Experience in accordance with FAR 15
• Experience collaborating across functions directly supporting Aerospace & Defense
• Knowledge and deep understanding of Terms & Conditions as well as experience mitigating performance risk as it relates to Terms & Conditions
• Expert Problem Solving ability
