Harbor Freight Tools is seeking a Manager of Supply Chain Planning to lead the operating plan for the Main Distribution Center. You will calibrate forecasts with DC labor capability, manage SIOP outputs, and secure buy-in from MDC senior leadership to support staffing and equipment decisions.
You will oversee a team of Shift Planning Managers, move across shifts as needed, and drive continuous improvement across all planning horizons, from daily to annual cycles.
