Who You Are Lockheed Martin, Supply Chain, Subcontract Administration

What You Will Be Doing:

• Developing subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services for subcontracts in support of development, production and global sustainment for multiple contract types
• Preparing bid packages, conducts bidders' conferences, developing evaluation criteria, analyzing and evaluating proposals, negotiating subcontract provisions, selecting or recommending subcontractors, writing subcontract packages for review, preparing awards and administering resulting subcontracts
• Negotiating and coordinating additions, deletions, or modifications to subcontracts
• Participating with contracts administration and purchasing to develop subcontract policies and procedures
• May sign supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority

Further Information About This Opportunity:

This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth. This role is located at a facility that requires special access. You must be a US Citizen, and possess an Active Secret Clearance, to be considered for the role.

Basic Qualifications:

• Demonstrated working knowledge of Systems, Applications and Processes (SAP)
• Experience with one of the following: procurement/buying, purchase orders, supplier proposals, managing supplier/customer relationships, negotiations, data analysis
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs

Desired

Skills:

• 1 year or more of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, inventory management, operations, manufacturing, planning, or a related business/technical field
• Experience with multi-tasking, following-up and seeing assignments through to completion
• Detail oriented having the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience in making business based decisions and critical thinking
• Knowledge and experience buying under the guidelines of the FAR/DFAR and other acquisition policies and procedures
• Ability to understand technical requirements, drawings, manufacturing
• Strong written and verbal communication; capable of interacting with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Ability to identify risks and opportunities

Pay Information:

Full-Time Salary Range: $59900.00 - $111300.00 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
