Join the Front of House/Bar Manager role at Local Favorite Restaurants.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manages restaurant operations by directing and coordinating activities consistent with established goals, objectives, and policies.
  • Manages the business aspect of the bar, such as keeping a current liquor license, negotiating supplier contracts, taking and tracking inventory, and reordering supplies.
  • Promotes and complies with implemented programs to ensure attainment of business plan for growth and profit.
  • Provides direction and structure for hourly Team Members based off of General Manager’s guidelines.
  • Hire, train, and oversee bar team members.
  • Implements improves processes and management methods to generate higher ROI and workflow optimization.
  • Identifies any operational issues and gives timely feedback to the team so they can impact the operational opportunities.
  • Validates and teaches all brand systems to Team Members so they may achieve Company goals.
  • Follows and promotes all operational goals and follow-up plans set forth by the General Manager.
  • Achieves budgeted goals for each accounting period.
  • Ensures Guests receive fresh, high-quality food and drinks, and outstanding service according to brand standards.
  • Assists Management team with Local Store Marketing initiatives to increase guest counts.
  • Help plan and take part in promotional events.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience in restaurant management.
  • Must have proven experience as an accomplished mixologist.
  • Must have Food Handler certification in respective state.
  • Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to cope with pressure, multiple deadlines, and working under pressure.
  • Ability to develop high-performing, cohesive teams.
  • Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with fellow Team Members.
  • Must be able to work with diverse personalities and diffuse tense situations.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Possess the ability to motivate and maintain effective working relationships with all Team Members.
