** Team in Fort Worth, TX, a typical day will include:
* Portfolio Strategy Development:  + Lead the creation and maintenance of strategic plans for global sites, ensuring alignment with business needs and long-term objectives.  + Analyze portfolio performance and identify opportunities for optimization, consolidation, or expansion.

* Cross-Functional Collaboration:

+ Provide guidance and support to project teams. Exhibit strong leadership and team management skills.  + Partner with Global Project Management team to ensure strategic alignment in site selection and project execution.  + Work closely with the Global Services team to ensure operational efficiency and service delivery supports portfolio goals.  + Collaborate with Finance and Technical Accounting to support financial modeling, forecasting, and budget planning.
* Executive Communication & Reporting:  + Prepare executive summaries and strategic presentations for senior leadership.  + Support the Sr. Director in presenting portfolio strategies, business cases, and budget proposals to executive stakeholders.
* Financial Planning & Analysis:  + Assist in the development of OPEX and CAPEX budgets related to the global facilities portfolio.  + Monitor and report on budget performance, identifying forecasts, risks, and opportunities.  + Partner with Global Real Estate Broker for Mark-to-Market and Portfolio/Location Quality Index updates.
* Data-Driven Decision Making:  + Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Utilize data analytics to inform strategic decisions, including space utilization, lease management, and cost efficiency.  + Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and business cases.  + Maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track key performance indicators.
** WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:
*** Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school+15 yrs; Assoc.+11 yrs; M.S.+4 yrs; PhD+3 yrs)
* The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
