Role Overview

The Director of Operations will oversee all field and office operations, ensuring projects are executed safely, on schedule, and within budget. This role partners closely with executive leadership to implement scalable systems and drive operational excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor project managers, superintendents, and estimating teams
• Develop and enforce standardized processes and technology platforms for efficiency
• Monitor project performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed
• Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning and growth initiatives
• Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and client satisfaction

Required Experience

• Minimum 10 years in commercial construction leadership with a general contractor
• Proven success in scaling operations and driving revenue growth
