We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Warehouse manager to lead and oversee our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will manage the seamless flow of goods, including inbound and outbound, unloading and loading, picking and packing, quality control, warehouse audit, processes. Bilingual English and Chinese is required. This role demands excellent leadership, and a customer‑first mindset to drive operational excellence in a fast‑paced environment.

Job Type: Full‑time

Salary: $39,000 - $41,000

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee all warehouse processes.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment that complies with safety standards.
  • Implement and uphold standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all warehouse activities.
  • Train, and supervise warehouse staff, including temporary and seasonal workers.
  • Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork among warehouse personnel.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (highly preferred).
  • Proficiency in speaking Chinese is required to coordinate with international vendors and clients. You will also be coordinating with our team in China.
  • 3+ years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in a 3PL or e‑commerce fulfillment environment.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with a results‑driven approach.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience with devanning and transloading processes.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask under pressure.
  • Analytical mindset to interpret data and drive process improvements.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations (e.g., OSHA).
