Position Overview

As the leader, the Director of Sales & Operation - Center Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of center operations and sales. The Director of Sales/Center Manager is directly responsible for achieving sales goals through exceptional guest service, marketing the center, sales growth, cost control, and P&L accountability. The Center Manager will also be responsible for continuing the education of other employees and maintaining safety protocols within the center.

The ideal candidate should be action-oriented, sales-driven, ambitious, display leadership, cultural fit, upbeat, confident, honest, detailed, and goal-oriented. This person will identify and solve problems, set expectations and goals, and delegate tasks but should also be able to assist the team members on an individual level should they need help. This candidate shall also possess the skills necessary to autonomously manage with minimal direct supervision.

Qualifications
  • Preferred 3+ years management experience with high-volume
  • 3+ years experience in sales, running a sales department and a track record of exceeding sales targets
  • 3+ years POS knowledge
  • CRM managing experience
  • Office 365 & Google Workspace experience
  • Ability to work a minimum of 55hours per week with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and some holidays.
  • Required to meet, maintain and exceed all Center, Personal, and Employee sales goals and productivity requirements set by executives
  • Must be motivated, respectful, and professional with skills and ability to constructively coach employees
  • Ability to understand and analyze various reports including but not limited to guest retention, Lifestyle Pass quantities, payroll, inventory, employee sales, and profit/loss
  • Proficient in scheduling a team of 10+ individuals best fit to meet the business model and maximize profit, approve/deny time off requests, and cater to the guest experience.
Essential Functions
  • Ability to motivate, coach, and extensively train each employee on all services, safety protocols, recommendations, sales, Lifestyle Passes, and Packages. Set clear, attainable, and measurable performance goals
  • Provide Team Members with all resources necessary to succeed, including operating systems, new service knowledge, company updates, and ongoing training material
  • Demonstrate respectful team dynamic to encourage sales growth across the board.
  • Ability to professionally and appropriately correct employee behavior, discipline, terminate, and facilitate the transfer of employees.
  • Ability to comprehend and pass a number of iCRYO-designed service exams following initial training
  • Maintain good time management skills, good judgment, and ability to multitask.
  • Display exceptional guest experience skills, handle and resolve guest issues to maintain guest loyalty
  • Understand the needs of the guest, ability to educate guests on services needed in a competent, efficient, and professional manner
  • Meet or exceed minimum productivity requirements set by the company including sales goals
  • Maintain professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Maintain an environment of trust, communicate efficiently with managers and peers
  • Must be able to complete ongoing and continued education
  • Maintain a clean environment, uphold company standards
  • Preferred skillset in local community marketing
  • Maintain Vendor Relations
  • Maintain Supply Ordering for Retail & Medical

  • Ability to invoice proper partners at given opportunities
