Operations Manager

As the Operations Manager, you will oversee production operations, ensuring jobs are completed according to Puro Clean® processes and procedures. You will manage all aspects of operations, maintain production costs, resolve customer complaints, and keep leadership informed on production status.

• Manage customer and client satisfaction and represent brand operations
• Build relationships with partners and Centers of Influence
• Assign jobs, manage production teams and scheduling, acting as production manager as needed
• Oversee safety and health requirements and daily production management
• Communicate status of small and large-loss jobs with management and ownership
• Maintain inventory for equipment, vehicles and facilities maintenance
• Ensure clear communication with all staff and manage relationships

$60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year, plus performance‑based benefits.
