You’ll partner closely with clients to navigate evolving regulatory requirements, lead delivery across multiple work streams and ensure high-quality execution across onboarding, KYC and regulatory processes. The role offers strong exposure to industry challenges, senior stakeholders and the opportunity to influence how technology is used to solve regulatory problems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead client meetings, providing clear updates on progress, milestones, risks and issues.
  • Maintain project trackers and prepare regular reporting on performance, delivery status and KPIs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and third-party vendors.
  • Identify and resolve gaps in processes, controls and execution.
  • Partner with clients to design and implement new workflows in response to regulatory change.
  • Ensure adherence to relevant regulations, standards and internal controls.
  • Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Supervise, coach and develop team members, setting clear goals and providing ongoing feedback.
  • 3 - 5 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 1 - 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with a focus on quality and process.
  • Must be able to work collaboratively with team members, both senior and junior.
