Optimize Search Group has been retained by a private equity–backed, multi‑brand consumer services platform seeking a Head of Marketing to join its executive leadership team. This is a confidential search for a hands‑on marketing leader who can drive performance in a fast‑scaling, execution‑focused environment.

The company operates a large portfolio of regional brands across multiple U.S. markets and serves a predominantly residential customer base. The business is established, acquisitive, and entering a new phase of accelerated growth.

The Head of Marketing reports directly to the CEO and serves as a core member of the executive leadership team.

• Establish clear KPIs, dashboards, and accountability across brands
• Drive demand generation, lead quality, and conversion optimization
• Translate data into clear, decisive recommendations for the CEO and board
• Optimize agency and vendor relationships with strict ROI discipline

• Limited travel

• Senior marketing leadership experience in multi‑location, consumer services businesses (required)
• Proven success in B2C, high‑volume, locally executed marketing environments
• Strong background in performance marketing, analytics, and attribution
• Experience operating in private equity–backed settings
• Demonstrated ability to balance strategy with hands‑on execution
