This Owner Developer deliver customized data center solutions for enterprise and hyperscale clients, supporting every phase of the facility lifecycle from development and construction to operations and management. The Vice President of Construction will lead the development and execution of mission-critical data center projects across the U.S., managing both internal teams and third-party general contractors. This role is responsible for ensuring quality, efficiency, and profitability across a diverse portfolio.

• Oversee full-cycle construction delivery for ground-up, brownfield, and fit-out data center projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Lead and mentor construction teams, providing strategic direction and fostering a high-performance culture.
• Manage project planning and execution, optimizing resources and ensuring timely delivery within budget.
• Develop and maintain client and stakeholder relationships, including design teams, contractors, and vendors.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to industry standards across all projects.
• Drive continuous improvement, implementing innovative solutions to enhance project delivery and operational efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 8+ years of construction management experience
• Proven experience in Owner’s Representation and/or Design-Build
• General Contracting and Data Center project experience required

• Proficiency in Procore, Excel, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, and Bluebeam
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset and ability to work under pressure
• Willingness to travel frequently
