** Completion Supervisor*
* ** What You Will Be Doing*
* Supervises the interior completion of aircraft to include sub-assemblies, avionics, mechanics, and aircraft production sites. Ensures customer, engineering, and FAA specifications and regulations are met. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice

** Basic Qualifications*
* - Prior experience in aircraft maintenance and flight line operations required.

- Experience leading a team to meet operational goals and/or resolve technical issues.

** Desired Skills*
* - Strong background in F-35 aircraft systems and maintenance procedures.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and operate efficiently in a demanding environment.

- Communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal forms

- Familiarity with QADS, SFM, PDM, VAS, JDL, ALIS, JTD.

- Strong background in business metrics, specifically cost and schedule management.

- Experience managing in a Union environment.

** Pay Information*
* Full-Time Salary Range: $72500.00 - $134600.00
