Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of a specific area within our fulfillment center to ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment for our members.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of a specific area within our fulfillment center to ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment for our members.

What you'll do...
Responsibilities…

• Provide coaching and training to hourly associates by assigning duties, coordinating workloads, monitoring performance, and providing feedback to achieve operational KPIs.
• Continuously monitor and analyze operational KPI metrics while implementing appropriate corrective action to ensure member orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with other area managers to drive efficiency and productivity within the fulfillment center.
• Maintain a safe and secure work environment by ensuring associates are properly trained on company policies, standards and procedures.
• Participate in company initiatives and programs to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and improve member satisfaction.
• Identify training and development needs while participating in the hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching, and evaluation of hourly associates.
• Support hourly associates with internal career growth through mentoring, professional development, and stretch assignments.
