Melt Ice Creams, founded in Fort Worth, seeks a proactive Scoop Shop Team Lead to own a busy shop’s people, performance and hospitality. You will lead a team of Scoopers and Shift Leads, hire and train staff, monitor KPIs, and maintain operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll drive guest satisfaction, manage schedules, inventory, and profitability while promoting Melt’s culture and brand standards. This is a full-time in-shop leadership role with opportunities for growth.
