Ship Monk is hiring an Operations Supervisor for our Fort Worth, TX fulfillment center. You will lead and develop a team of 25-30 warehouse associates, set safety and productivity expectations, and guide daily priorities to hit KPIs in a fast-paced, ownership-driven environment.
You'll partner with HR, Safety, Quality, Engineering and Operations to solve problems, drive continuous improvement, and identify future frontline leaders. Military leadership strongly encouraged.
