Risk Manager/Analyst, Operations Management, Project & Program Management
This isn't a traditional Asset Protection or Risk Management role. VCA is building a new field-facing Value Protection capability designed to bring together the best of Asset Protection, operational risk, investigations, and business performance. This position requires an uncommon combination of deep technical expertise in enterprise risk, operational assurance, investigations, compliance, safety and crisis response; strong business and financial acumen; and demonstrated success leading through others in complex, multi-site operations.
The Senior Regional Risk Manager uses operational and financial data to identify and prioritize revenue integrity, charge capture, margin protection, loss reduction and execution-consistency opportunities while preserving the foundational risk disciplines that protect associates, clients, pets and the business. Within the enterprise operating model, the Senior Regional Risk Manager owns regional deployment and performance of established Value Protection programs, leads complex regional matters and escalations, and provides field intelligence and recommendations to the Senior Director and Field Leadership executives to inform enterprise strategy, standards, technology, analytics and future capability development.
