On Time Talent Solutions is seeking a Chief Operating Officer with healthcare experience! The Chief Operating Officer provides executive leadership while managing all operations of the healthcare facility.
Chief Operating Officer Responsibilities:- Provides executive leadership and mentorship for all operations
- Develops and implements programs and services through collaboration with the leadership team
- Accountable for quality of care, delivery system programs and services, customer satisfaction, financial positioning, human performance and development, physician relations and business growth
- Establishes and maintains an environment through which relationships with stakeholders (patients, physicians and employees) are actively developed and nurtured for mutual gain
- Oversees the development and implementation of designated area policies and procedures, and assures compliance with organizationally based documentation
- Monitors outcome measures, program outcomes, performance improvement, and utilization review management; makes adjustments as needed
- Works to assure compliance with regulatory agencies
- Executes and monitors the revenue cycle
- Reviews, analyzes and interprets financial statements
- Holds department heads accountable for meeting financial plan
Qualifications:
- MHA, MBA, or equivalent degree required
- 10 years of progressively responsible experience in health systems operations
- leadership with 5 years in a senior executive leadership role in healthcare
