Position: Packaging Builder/ Shipping Department
Packager Builder/Warehouse Manufacturer

This is packaging position preparing product for shipping of aviation windows it is a Warehouse Shipping Department Manufacturers setting.

Responsibilities

• Able to Cut corrugated boxes to size
• Able to build wooden shipping crates,
• Able to properly pad aviation windows with appropriate shipping materials,
• Able to ensure packages are given to the appropriate freight vendor.
• Able to ensure all packaging built to suit the size of the product being shipped

Requirements- Ability to proficiently use the following tools:

• Bandsaw,
• Panel saw
• Table saw
• Light hand tools drill, screwdriver, hammer, staple gun,.

Additional tasks
General warehouse clean-up and maintenance tasks, this is a warehouse position , warehouse experience a plus.

Experience Required:
Work experience in the following :

• General Woodworking,
• Crate or box building
• Ability to confidently use small hand tools
• Must have a strong concept of measurements and dimensions
• Must have the ability to organize and multi-task
• Must have a strong work ethic
• Must be a self-starter who looks for work to be done
• Must have longevity in prior positions

Education:
High School Diploma required
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.00 - $22.00 Per Hour
