2nd Shift Manufacturing Operator

Job Description

Position: Manufacturing Operator

• Operate hand tools and equipment to construct window units.
• Lift windows onto build tables and roller racks.
• Move carts in and out of the production work area.
• Load window sash components for processing insulated glass units.
• Offload insulated glass units to carts.
• Read and understand written work instructions.
• Perform quality audits and engage in problem‑solving activities to resolve quality concerns.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Minimum one year experience in window & door manufacturing (preferred).
• Minimum one year experience in industrial manufacturing (required).
• Effective communication and understanding skills.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Attention to detail.
• Organizational skill.
• Flexibility to work a schedule including overtime and weekends.
• Ability to read reports.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs occasionally.
• Capability to use computerized equipment.
• Ability to stand, walk, and work on concrete surfaces for extended periods.

Monday – Friday, 5:00 pm – 1:30 am (8 hours)

Starting at $17.50 per hour.
