Are you an experienced machinist looking for a stable, long-term opportunity with a growing company?
We’re seeking a Lathe/Mill Machinist with strong skills in operating and setting up manual and/or CNC machines who takes pride in producing precision parts.

Pay &

Schedule:

• Full-Time | Day Shift | Monday–Friday
• Starting at $22–$23 per hour (based on experience)
• Weekly Pay
• Quarterly Bonuses for production and attendance

Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and maintain manual and CNC lathes or milling machines
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job specifications
• Select proper tooling, materials, and machine settings for each job
• Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools
• Perform machine maintenance and keep work areas organized
• Troubleshoot and make adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency
• Collaborate with engineers and production staff to improve processes
• Follow all safety and quality standards

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience operating lathes and/or milling machines (manual or CNC)
• Strong knowledge of machining processes, materials, and tooling
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Skilled with precision measuring instruments
• Basic understanding of G-code or CNC programming preferred
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team environment
