Responsibilities include:

• Attaching identifying tags to containers or marking them with identifying information.
• Reading work orders or receiving oral instructions to determine work assignments or material or equipment needs.
• Recording numbers of units handled or moved, using daily production sheets or work tickets.
• Moving freight, stock, or other materials to and from storage or production areas, loading docks, delivery vehicles, ships, or containers, by hand or using trucks, tractors, or other equipment.
• Sorting cargo before loading and unloading.
• Assembling product containers or crates.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements include:

• Ability to follow instructions and work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing conditions.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and effectively with colleagues.
• Ability to perform repetitive work.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Maintaining composure in stressful situations.
• Punctuality and regular attendance.
