At Danone, Manufacturing the best products and supplying them to meet demand is a key driver for our plant teams. We are currently looking to hire a Night Machine Operator based in Fort Worth!

• You are willing and able to perform all jobs in the Production Business Unit (filling and packaging).
• Unless otherwise directed by management, machine operators will rotate among themselves and be responsible for the designated line.
• You will be responsible for minor repairs and adjustments.
• You will assist in training of operators.
• You will consult with management in developing, improving, and modifying standard operating procedures (SOP's) and training manuals.
• You will work in conjunction with maintenance on maintenance and preventive maintenance functions within business units.
• You will help in establishment of equipment set points.
• You will appropriate bargaining unit duties as assigned.

• You have High Diploma or equivalent.
• You have manufacturing experience.
• You have experience in CIP (Clean in Place) process.
• You are able to change over process to accommodate flavors, formats, and sizes.
• You can load boxes into feed.
• You can load materials and supplies for the production line.
• You can operate Pallet Jack.
• You can enter data into computer.
• You are able to operate powered industrial vehicles.
• You have experience within a food/beverage environment is preferred.
• You are flexible with shifts, where working on weekends and nights is required.
• You have the ability to work under pressure and potentially stressful conditions.
• You are self‑motivated and a self‑starter.
