Job Overview

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Program Manager for the Integrated Fighter Group (IFG) Improvements and Derivates (I&D) team within Advanced Development Programs (ADP). The role will lead the development of multiple pod configurations for the F‑22, directing all program phases from inception through completion and ensuring cost, schedule, and technical performance goals are met.

• Plan and lead pod development activities for the F‑22.
• Prioritize configuration options by collaborating with mission effectiveness teams to evaluate additional capability effects.
• Capture funding to support development activities.
