Production Manager
RSI Group is seeking an Assembly Supervisor in Fort Worth, TX to lead daily assembly operations, ensure product quality, and drive safety and process improvements. This on-site role requires hands-on leadership, mentorship, and the ability to coordinate with production management to meet output targets.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of supervisory manufacturing experience, strong communication skills, and basic data-entry capabilities. Bilingual a plus; overtime may be required.
