About the role

As a Tooling Fabrication & Die Maintenance Specialist on our 1st shift (6:30AM–3:00PM), you’ll be responsible for minor repair and maintenance of dies, punches, tool steel, and fixtures—keeping our stamping operations consistent and efficient.

Responsibilities Diagnose die issues via thorough inspection and accurate measurement to determine repair strategies.

Carry out die repairs to restore tooling performance and part quality.

Set up and run shop equipment—milling machines, lathes, drill presses, grinders, and more—under general supervision.

Design and manufacture tools and fixtures that enable new product introductions.

Perform other duties as required or assigned by the Tool & Die Supervisor.

Uphold OSHA and internal safety requirements at all times.

Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience3 years minimum verifiable machinist experience and/or Technical Diploma Proficiency with standard shop math Ability to interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, schematics, and technical manuals

Basic maintenance capability for shop equipment

Working knowledge of CNC programming and operation is a plus Ability to read, understand, follow, and enforce safety procedures

Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and thrive in a team setting

Must have draw die experience
