Production Support Technician

Production Support Technicians keep every order moving after it's cut and bent. You'll learn several stations, finish parts so they're ready for the customer, and get a close look at how the whole factory runs. It's where many of our machine operators got their start.

• Tap threaded holes and countersink holes to spec
• Deburr and finish part edges so parts are safe and clean
• Press in hardware such as nuts, studs, and standoffs
• Check parts against digital instructions and catch problems before they move on
• Move parts between stations and keep work areas clean and organized

• No experience required; we'll train you
• Good with your hands and careful with details
• Willing to learn to read digital instructions and use measuring tools
• Reliable, on time, and safety-minded
• Able to stand for a full shift and lift parts (up to about 50 lbs), with or without reasonable accommodation

RMFG is a sheet metal and tube fabrication factory in Fort Worth, Texas. Customers order custom parts online, and our team laser cuts, bends, finishes, and ships them across the country, fast. We hire and train great people and build our own software to help them do their best work, from the screens at every station to the tools that plan each job.
