Next Deavor is seeking a Welder to perform precision TIG welding on aerospace components on the 2nd shift, primarily onsite in Fort Worth, TX. You will read and apply drawings, implement procedures, and document changes to meet strict engineering specifications.
The role requires 1–3 years of TIG welding experience, the ability to weld thin-wall stainless steel and other alloys, and AWS D17.1 certification within 6 months. Vision screening and safety compliance are essential.
