Shopper Marketing Manager
The Wilson Group (TWG), founded in 1989 in Dallas, TX, is a small agency specializing in National Promotions & Omnichannel / Shopper Marketing. We connect consumers with popular CPG brands and excel at reaching shoppers throughout their purchase journey.
Experience We're Looking For- Omnichannel / Shopper Marketing planning and activation experience across National and Regional Grocery, Mass, and Natural Channel retailers
- Execution and evaluation of Shopper tactics across digital media, print, and retail media networks
- Proficiently managing project timelines, deadlines, workflow, and budgets
- Ability to troubleshoot, be a proactive thinker, and problem-solver
- Own partnerships with external vendors, retailer contacts, other CPG brands, and agency partners; all with a drive to bring new solutions to the forefront
- Skills to build strong relationships across client teams
- Financial proficiency with budgeting, invoicing, tracking, and reconciliation
- Active participation and leadership in both internal and client status calls
- Experience that builds an environment of collaboration and trust; exhibiting a high-level of personal responsibility and commitment
- Effective presentation skills to share agency work with client team
- Demonstration of strong analytical skills, uncovering key learnings and insights; bringing new opportunities that deliver on client objectives
- Curiosity and a desire to learn, staying on top of industry trends
- A combination of self-starter and team-player mindsets; contributing to agency initiatives and culture
- Education:
Four‑year degree in marketing, communication, or a related field - Job type:
Full‑time, preferably Dallas‑based with a hybrid in‑office schedule - Strong background in agency account leadership for CPG brands across National and Regional Grocery, Mass Channel, and Natural Channel retailers
- Dedication to client service
- Analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- Business and financial acumen
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Positive, can‑do attitude while working in a fast‑paced environment
