Sr Integrated Marketing Strategist – Military Business & Brand
Bell has an opening for a Senior Integrated Marketing Strategist located at our Ft. Worth, TX headquarters. In this pivotal role, you will serve all areas of Bell’s defense business as part of an in‑house marketing agency. We are looking for an experienced specialist who thrives on scoping, recommending, developing, executing, and measuring campaigns and projects. You will work as part of a cross‑functional team in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
This position is responsible for developing, integrating, facilitating, project‑managing, and executing impactful marketing and communications campaigns and their components to deliver optimized marketing results. This position is onsite in Fort Worth, Texas.
- Serve as a highly skilled and trusted strategic campaign and project‑management professional who influences strategy and flawlessly executes integrated campaigns and their specific tactics on brand, on time and on budget.
- Develop, integrate, and execute multi‑channel marketing campaigns to support strategic business sales goals and build/maintain collaborative relationships with a variety of teams and functions to achieve strategic pursuits.
- Provide day‑to‑day exemplary marketing campaign tracking and tactical execution for our Military business partners/stakeholders.
- Collaborate with broader marketing, communications and sales teams to execute marketing, communications, sales support, advertising and other campaign elements with KPIs in place to effectively engage target audiences.
- Create and provide campaign/project presentations and reports to drive outcomes directly supporting campaign efforts, supporting keeping stakeholders informed from scoping to execution to evaluation and assembling feedback from stakeholder groups.
- Establish, execute, and maintain campaign presentations, leveraging management tool for campaign and project management.
- Work with content creators to align content to channels and audiences while ensuring all content is on‑brand and consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice.
- Facilitate internal and external channel content and message distribution across different teams to ensure message integration, consistency, reach and performance.
- Own completion of kick‑off, reviews, approvals, and schedule management for all campaign/project initial, interim, and final deliverables.
- Analyze schedules, identify obstacles, re‑prioritize, and refine execution processes to uphold deadlines and produce desired outcomes.
- Work with internal creative, production, content, communications, events and other teams to develop the assets needed for various campaigns and projects being executed as well as complete other projects as assigned.
- Experience building and executing multi‑channel marketing initiatives.
- Understanding of integrated marketing and the impact it makes enabling sales.
- Experience setting campaign objectives, defining targets, identifying audiences, setting and measuring KPIs, channel selection and optimization, audience touchpoints/engagements, amplifying on‑brand materials and tone of voice.
- Able to accurately set/track budgets, select marketing and advertising channels, track metrics, and optimize strategy and tactics based on performance data.
- Experience building credibility and trust among cross‑functional teams, capable of articulating and pitching ideas and perspectives through direct and indirect influence.
