Teague Nall and Perkins, Inc. (TNP) is an engineering and design consulting firm serving clients throughout Texas. Our Marketing team has an immediate opening for a full‑time Marketing Coordinator in our Fort Worth office.

As Marketing Coordinator, you will work with a diverse, highly‑creative group of professionals to create architecture/engineering/construction‑focused proposals and Statements of Qualifications. The role will also include preparation of collateral, conference materials, social media posts, and other internal and external projects. Through collaboration with Marketing staff and other key firm personnel, you will be responsible for the design and development of creative content consistent with our corporate brand.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain marketing collateral across a wide array of materials and mediums.
  • Prepare architecture, engineering, and construction proposals and Statements of Qualifications.
  • Create conference materials, social media posts, and other marketing content.
  • Collaborate with marketing staff and technical personnel to produce timely and aesthetically pleasing documents for clients, the public, and employees.
Qualifications
    Education & Certifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, English, Journalism, or related field.
    • Valid driver’s license.
    Professional Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry or related field managing proposals.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (sample of previous work required).
    • Expertise with Adobe InDesign and proficiency with other Creative Suite products (Illustrator, Photoshop).
    • Proven experience with document design, layout, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, Excel).
    • Experience with social media platforms (Linked In, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter) and CRM software such as Cosential.
