Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Entry Level Communications Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in strengthening our company's communication efforts both internally and externally. You will have the opportunity to work closely with various departments to develop and implement strategic communication plans that align with our organizational goals.

• Assist in drafting and editing internal and external communications materials.
• Support the development of marketing collateral and promotional materials.
• Help manage and curate content for social media channels and the company website.
• Coordinate logistics for events, including meetings, webinars, and community outreach programs.
• Monitor media coverage and assist in preparing reports on communication metrics and analytics.
• Collaborate with team members on public relations strategies and outreach efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and digital communication tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design software is a plus.
