Social Media Manager

We’re looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Social Media & Content Manager to join our team. This is a hands‑on role for someone who loves creating, moving quickly, and contributing across multiple areas of a growing business.

We are a small, high‑performing, and hungry team that works collaboratively and moves fast. Everyone wears multiple hats, and we value people who take initiative, think creatively, and are excited to grow alongside the company.

• Manage and execute content across all company social platforms
• Design social graphics, still images, and visual assets
• Edit short‑form video content and recap videos
• Highlight brand partnerships, talent wins, events, and campaigns
• Develop content ideas for both the company and our talent

• Respond to comments and DMs on company social accounts
• Engage with talent posts from the company account
• Flag important messages or opportunities to the team

• Update and maintain the company website
• Create and send weekly brand email blasts
• Create monthly newsletters for brands and talent
• Send monthly SMS content ideas and priority pushes to talent

• Build brand, event, and internal decks as needed
• Ensure brand consistency across all materials

• 2+ years of experience in social media, content, or digital marketing
• Strong Canva skills (Adobe Suite a plus)
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented
• Experience in influencer marketing is a plus
• Experience using Mail Chimp and designing email marketing campaigns
