City Manager

Match Day is pickup soccer, reimagined. We run organized, high-quality matches in 7 U.S. cities with 10,000+ players and 9,000+ matches played. Every match is filmed with AI cameras and run by a trained Match Manager.

We're hiring a City Manager to own and grow Match Day in Fort Worth, Texas. Your job is to own the health of the market, grow it, and make it one of our best cities. This is a part-time role with full ownership of the Fort Worth market.

• Own match fill rates, retention, and Fort Worth's P&L
• Recruit, train, and oversee Match Managers
• Source new fields and build relationships with field partners
• Build local partnerships with leagues, clubs, and the Fort Worth soccer community
• Keep an eye on match quality and flag issues early

• Base pay scales with city revenue, $500 to $2,000/mo
• Variable and uncapped upside: match pay for matches you personally run, referral bonuses per player, $250 per match scheduled on every new field you source (after your first), and commissions on partnerships you close
• Operators who grow the city make meaningfully more than base

• Lives and breathes soccer (non-negotiable)
• Has run something before, whether a team, a small business, or a program
• Wants ownership of a market, not a checkbox job
• Already plugged into Fort Worth's soccer scene
