Why you'll love this jobThe Analyst/Sr Analyst, Brand Strategy is a individual contributor responsible for helping bring the brand to life across customer, team member, and partner experiences. Reporting to the Manager of Brand Strategy and Advertising, this role translates brand strategy into practical, actionable frameworks, standards, guidance, and tools that enable consistent execution across written, visual, physical, digital, and experiential touchpoints.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of brand management to ensure brand expressions are aligned, distinctive, customer-centered, and effective in achieving business objectives.

What you'll do
• Shape and influence how the brand is expressed across customer, team member, and partner experiences, ensuring consistent and meaningful engagement across communications, products, services, and environments.
• Collaborate across Brand, Marketing, Creative, Digital, Product, Customer Experience, Communications, and Operations to drive alignment and execution of brand initiatives.
• Partner with strategists, designers, marketers, agencies, and business stakeholders to translate brand principles into effective and consistent experiences.
• Develop and maintain brand frameworks, standards, playbooks, tools, and training that enable consistent application of brand strategy across physical, digital, and experiential touchpoints.
• Connect brand strategy, customer experience, and business objectives to strengthen brand recognition, trust, differentiation, and customer preference.
• Support the evolution and governance of the brand system, balancing consistency, flexibility, creativity, and business impact.
• Drive enterprise-wide alignment to ensure the brand is delivered cohesively across channels while adapting to audience, business, and operational needs.

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications
- Education & Prior Job Experience​Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent experience/training3 years marketing experience with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects

Previous experience managing relationships with third party vendors including advertising, media agencies or media owners/ intermediaries

Preferred Qualifications
- Education & Prior Job Experience​Master’s degree

Skills, Licenses & Certifications​Knowledge of advertising KPIsThink globally

Be forward-thinking and strategic

Ability to work with cross-functional groups and develop relationships

Ability to participate in out of hours activities and travel overseas
