Senior Programmatic Strategist

WITHIN is looking for a hands‑on Senior Programmatic Strategist to support a specific client’s programmatic and digital commerce work. Reporting to the Programmatic Manager, you’ll take ownership of day‑to‑day execution in The Trade Desk and other demand‑side platforms (DSPs), monitor performance, and turn campaign data into clear actions. We want someone who can contribute immediately with existing platform experience.

• Build, launch, manage, and optimize the client’s programmatic campaigns in The Trade Desk and other DSPs.
• Translate campaign goals into audience, inventory, budget, bidding, and measurement decisions in partnership with the Programmatic Manager.
• Monitor pacing, delivery, and performance; investigate issues and make timely optimizations.
• Own assigned work for the client and coordinate related execution with the team.
• Apply quality checks to campaign setup, tracking, and reporting before and after launch.
• Analyze results, develop tests, and communicate findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders and the client team.
• Work closely with the Programmatic Manager and cross-functional partners to keep client work on schedule and aligned with objectives.

• 3 years of direct, hands‑on experience running programmatic campaigns in The Trade Desk and at least one other DSP.
• Ability to independently set up, troubleshoot, optimize, and report on live campaigns with limited platform training.
• Strong understanding of programmatic buying, campaign pacing, audience targeting, bidding, and performance measurement.
• Experience managing details and priorities for a client account in a fast‑moving team environment.
• Clear communication skills and sound judgment when explaining performance and recommended next steps.

• Base salary DOE
• Unlimited vacation policy

• Must be located in Dallas‑Forth Worth for 4 days in office, 1 day remote schedule

Level 1 - $95,000-$100,000

• Entry Level
  - Meets qualifications on a minimum basis

Level 2 - $100,000-$120,000

Level 3 - $120,000-$130,000

Level 4 - $130,000-$140,000

• Advanced Level
  - Exceeds qualifications on an extensive or advanced basis
