Hope program for people in permanent supportive housing. Responsibilities include ensuring staff compliance with agency policies, meeting grant requirements, and representing the agency and programs in the community. The Assistant Director directly supervises the Case Manager Supervisor and special roles, including Intake Coordinators, the Health Care Navigator, and the Employment Specialist. The role also involves completing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for the SSVF program in a timely and accurate manner and providing guidance and support to the supportive housing team.
