What will you be doing in your role?
  • Develop and implement strategies using the Benevon® model to effectively engage the community and reach financial goals.
  • Routinely meet or exceed financial goals.
  • Work with all team members to grow the donor base.
  • Encourage engaged donors to serve as Ambassadors and invite others to learn about CCFW.
  • Take ownership of yearly cultivation plans for donors, ensuring a clear strategy and timeline.
  • Listen and learn to identify community interest and share that information with the team, with excellent follow‑up.
  • Keep donors informed of CCFW progress, client success stories, and invite them to relevant events.
  • Frequently have face‑to‑face or creative engagements with donors and their connections.
  • Resolve conflicts involving donors or negotiate solutions with other CCFW leaders.
  • Constantly refine cultivating and engagement strategies, aligning with the Benevon® model.
  • Connect with the community, presenting CCFW’s mission with integrity, honesty, and enthusiasm.
  • Build strong internal relationships with team members and agency programs.
  • Participate in special event fundraisers and regular donor engagement activities, traveling as needed.
  • Strategically attend cultivation events and opportunities to connect with the community.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on progress and outcomes against agreed goals.
  • Document all contact with assigned accounts in the donor database consistently and timely.
  • Submit reports and metric updates by the designated due date.
  • Approach all contacts with professionalism and passion for the CCFW mission.
Are you the next Annual Giving Officer?
  • Passionate about CCFW’s mission and work.
  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years’ experience in donor or volunteer engagement OR a combination of relevant education and experience preferred.
  • Willingness to learn and follow the proven Benevon® model.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and English communication skills.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and liability required at all times; willing to transport others in personal car.

  • Full‑time salaried position. Pay is determined by relevant experience, work history, education and internal equities.
