This project aims to disrupt poverty by securing funds to support learning labs that help students discover their potential through STEAM activities, aligning with Big Hope’s mission of empowering youth through hands‑on STEAM education.

• Research the organization’s background, mission, goals, target communities, and programs.
• Develop quality grant proposals and write grants consistent with Big Hope’s mission.
• Identify and select grants, create grant guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Track grant funds received, disbursed by the program, and ensure follow‑up reporting requirements are met.
• Prepare monthly reports summarizing grant opportunities, funding, and deadlines.
• Develop a policy and procedures manual detailing the grant processes.
• Maintain a system to track grant activities and project outcomes.
